Wine List Continued
If you have been reading my blog for a while you’ll know that I’m trying to educate myself about Italian wine. Since working at the restaurant I’ve been tasting and trying loads of different types of wine and you’ll never believe it but I’m starting to like red wine! (I’ve always been a white wine and champagne drinker only!)
So, the first red wine on the list is:
1. D’Asti Superiore. This come in lots of makes, years etc and my favourite is ‘Martlet, Nizza’
Goes very well with some kind of slightly crumbly, spicyish cheese! (I’ve no idea what it was called, I was just told to try it by the restaurant manager and it was great!)
