Out of all the animals, I’d say that my memory is more like that of a goldfish than that of an elephant! So, along with all the other stuff, I’m going to use this blog as a way of remembering all the wines I like that I find in Italy and then maybe I’ll start to know which type of wines I want to drink when I go to restaurants back in England. That’s the plan..

So, wine number one:

‘Moscato’ from Piemonte. Sweet, light and frizzante (sparkling). Tastes a bit like Asti but not as sickly and generally much better.

(As proof of my awful memory, as I was writing this I walked to the fridge to find out what the name of the wine was and by the time I got back to my computer, I’d forgotten it! The worst part is, I did that 4 times!)
